Wedding Gown Waistlines

Below are some definittions of the various wedding gown waistlines as well as a description of each.

BASQUE A dropped waist style that starts at or below the natural waistline, then dips in the center of the gown in a "V" shape.	DROPPED A waistline that falls below the natural waistline, ending at the hip area.
EMPIRE This waistline begins just below the bust area.	NATURAL This waistline falls at the natural waistline area.
