Wedding Invitation


If the bride's parents are divorced and her mother issues the invitations, she uses her maiden name along with her divorced husbands name and the following wording is used:

Mrs. Johnson Disney
request the honour* of your presence
at the marriage of her daughter
Minnie Ann
to
Mickey Matthew Mouse
Saturday, the first of April
two thousand four
at five o'clock in the evening
St. James Cathedral
Orlando, Florida


PLEASE NOTE: If the couple are getting married in a church, the word "honour" is used instead of "honor".
